Overview — File EO/HIW

How EditOffice works.

EditOffice is a curated editing network. Artists, labels, and brands file a private campaign, and we assemble a hand-picked team of editors around it — then manage the brief, the assets, and delivery. Editors join a public community and apply to a private roster to be considered for that paid work. Every campaign is private. Run by Hatzelhoffer Inc.

For editors

Community first. Roster by application.

Anyone can join the community. Paid campaign work is curated — you apply to the roster and are selected on quality and fit.

01
Join the community
Public and free. Share work, swap resources, and get feedback. Joining does not make you an EditOffice editor — it's the front door.
02
Share your work
Post edits and build a body of work. Consistency is what the desk notices.
03
Apply to the roster
When your work is ready for paid campaigns, file a roster application with your best edit and your niche.
04
Get reviewed
A person reviews every application. It's not first-come-first-served, and low-effort work isn't accepted.
05
Receive private invitations
Roster editors get invited to private campaigns that fit their style. Reliable work leads to more, and better, invitations.

For artists, labels & brands

File a project. We run it privately.

You don't post an open call. You file a campaign, and the desk assembles and manages a team around it.

01
File a campaign
Submit the release, the brief, the audience, and the goal. It goes to the desk, not to a public board.
02
We assemble the team
We select roster editors by style, niche, and cultural fit — the right people for your project, not whoever showed up first.
03
Editors produce & distribute
The campaign team cuts short-form edits for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, and posts them.
04
We manage quality
Direction, assets, revisions, and review run through one desk. Work can be checked before it's published.
05
We report results
You get a clear read on what shipped and how it performed — from one point of contact.

Why private

Access is granted, not claimed.

There is no public board of briefs. A campaign exists only inside the team assigned to it. Briefs and assets — including unreleased material — are shared with the specific roster editors selected for the job, and nobody else. That's what keeps the work consistent and the client protected.

The roster

The private, professional layer.

The roster is the group of editors eligible for paid client work. It is invitation-only and reviewed by hand. We select for portfolio quality, style, pacing, storytelling, technical quality, reliability, and cultural fit — not follower count alone. Being in the community does not make you a roster editor; the roster is something you apply for and are accepted into.
